Do I get an order confirmation?
How long does delivery take?
We do everything we can to ship your products as fast as possible. Within Germany, shipping usually takes 3 to 4 working days.
We cannot give one figure for delivery times outside Germany. Normally it takes 3 to 5 working days.
(Please note: we are not responsible for DHL delivery times.)
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within Germany is €4.95. From €80 cart value we ship free of charge.

Can I collect my order in person?
Of course, collection is possible by prior appointment. Just contact us by email or on Instagram @stay.lifted.collective
Where are the items produced?
We source our products worldwide from suppliers we trust. The entire range is screen-printed in Europe using a high-quality process. On top of that, every single item is checked for quality before it ships.
What do I do if the goods arrive damaged?
Please report this to our customer service within 14 days of receiving the goods (support@lifted-collective.com). Add photos to your message that clearly show the defects. That is the only way we can process your complaint quickly. We will get back to you straight away and find a solution that works.
