FAQ: Will I receive an order confirmation? We will send you a digital order confirmation via email after you have completed the checkout and selected a payment method. You will also receive an individual order number and an overview of your order.
How long does delivery take? We do our best to ship your products as quickly as possible. Generally, shipping within Germany takes 3-4 business days!
We cannot generalize shipping times for countries outside of Germany - normally, it takes 5-7 business days. (Please note: We are not responsible for DHL delivery times.)
How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping within Germany costs €4.95. We offer free shipping on orders over €50.

Can I also pick up my order? Of course, pick-up is possible by prior appointment. Please contact us via email or Instagram @stay.lifted.collective
Where are the items produced? We generally source our products from trusted suppliers worldwide. However, the entire range is screen printed in Europe using high-quality printing techniques! Additionally, each item is checked for quality before shipping and only then sent to the customer!
What should I do if the goods are damaged? Please report this to our customer service (support@lifted-collective.com) immediately within 14 days of receiving the goods. Include digital photos in your message that clearly show the defects on the item. This is the only way we can ensure the prompt processing of your complaint. We will contact you promptly and find a satisfactory solution.
