Shipping policy

A. Shipping Costs and Information: Shipping is only available to the countries listed below by default. Shipping is carried out by DHL. You can find the shipping costs in the table below. If you wish to ship to another country, please email us before placing an order (info@lifted-collective.com) and provide the item with the quantity and the delivery address, including the country and the corresponding postal code.

We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if possible, provide you with the shipping costs, as we need to inquire about the shipping options and costs in advance with our shipping partner. I. Shipping within Germany: We charge a flat rate of 4.95 euros per order for shipping within Germany. From a gross order value of 50 euros, we ship free of charge. You can specify your personal delivery address during the ordering process. You can check the availability of our products on the respective product page.

If we find out after receiving the order that your ordered product is no longer in stock, we will contact you via email and offer an alternative if desired or cancel the order. II. Shipping outside Germany: We deliver to the following countries: Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Ireland, Iceland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mayotte, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Moldova, Réunion, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Czech Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Vatican City, United Kingdom, Cyprus.

Shipping costs to Austria and Switzerland are a flat rate of 15 euros per order.

If the gross goods value exceeds 200 euros, we ship free of charge to Austria and Switzerland.

Shipping costs to Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Ireland, Iceland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mayotte, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Moldova, Réunion, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Czech Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Vatican City, United Kingdom, Cyprus are a flat rate of 15 euros per order.

If the gross goods value exceeds 250 euros, we ship free of charge to all the mentioned countries.
