Of course. You can send back your order or individual items within 14 days of receiving them.
As soon as the return reaches us and has been checked, we refund the purchase amount. You will find all the details in our right of withdrawal notice.
We do everything we can to ship your products as fast as possible. Within Germany, shipping usually takes 3 to 4 working days.
We cannot give one figure for delivery times outside Germany. Normally it takes 4 to 7 working days.
